Shipping And Payment

SHIPPING

We Charge actual shipping charges plus the box. Our shipping policy is as follows. You have a choice of 3 different shipping methods:

1) United States Postal Service- Express mail.  Birds are shipped Mon-Wed.

2) Delta or Continental- The birds are shipped on the plane in cargo

3) Hand Delivery- We will deliver the birds to you for a minimal charge. It's $50 for the first 100 miles. Every 50 miles is an additional $15.

PAYMENT

We Accept the following forms of payment:

1) Credit Cards- Visa, Mastercard, Discover

2) Paypal- must add 3% plus .30. They are paypal fees not ours. They are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you put a deposit on a bird you have 3 days to cancel for a refund. The cancellation must be in writing. The refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation. All paypal fees are nonrefundable because they are not our fees. They are from paypal.
